We suggest that you contact the National Archives at Washington, DC (RDT1) via email at archives1reference@nara.gov. RDT1 has custody of most of the Records of the Provost Marshal General's Bureau (Civil War), 1861-1907 (RG 110); the Civil War Grave Registration Section of the Records of the Office of the Quartermaster General, 1774-1985 (RG 92); the Union Unit & Fort records in Records of U.S. Army Continental Commands, 1817-1947 (RG 393); and the Records of the Adjutant General's Office, 1762-1917 (RG 94). The information you seek may be in one of these record groups.

Elisha Lee Nov 22, 2020 10:34 AM (in response to C Hall)While I cannot tell you the exact location of the graves, I can identify the men executed at 10:00 AM on January 3rd 1865 at Bermuda Hundred. Here's a link to an account of the event:
The second man's name was private John Foster of the 58th Pennsylvania. For reasons too complicated to explain, we have in our collection a copy of an order pertaining to the event. The order notes that "the troops will be formed in the open space in the rear of Battery Marshall, Col. Heine's Brigade in the center..." If the men were buried where they were shot, this may be of some use to you. The location of Battery Marshall should be discoverable.
