What was Eliza Moore's life like

I'm Working on a school project and Would like to study her but I can't find anything but a few snippets and you'd think as one of the longest surviving slaves she'd have more information.

Since Eliza was a slave of a Dr. Taylor in Mt. Meigs, Alabama and, after the Civil War when she married Asbury Moore, lived near Gilchrist House in Cordova, Alabama, we suggest that you contact the Alabama Department of Archives and History to see what information may be available.
