2 people found this helpfulHello Ms. Healy,
Thank you for contacting the History Hub regarding Irish ancestry records.
I have listed below a few online resources that you may review for possible family records. You may also consider searching the naturalization database records on www.ancestry.com or familysearch.org. Family Search is free and has many immigrant records digitized online. Or, you may try their Wiki page on naturalizations. Please be aware of misspelling of immigrant names, most likely a result of language accents.
Family Search wiki page on Ireland immigration and tips.
Here are a few links from the National Archives History Hub about the immigration or naturalization process for Americans.
Another excellent resource for locating naturalization or citizenship records USCIS.gov.
Reproductions of records can be ordered from the National Archives online, click here.
I have attached a genealogy research package for your review. Here is another great resource on how to start your family genealogy!
I hope this information is helpful. Best of luck with your research.

The National Archives of Ireland also has a comprehensive guide on utilizing their collections for genealogical research, which can be found here: http://www.nationalarchives.ie/genealogy1/genealogy-records/introduction/.
