You may order certified copies of census pages using the Archives' Order Online system.
Registration is required. Here is the link to the form for ordering census pages: Request and Order Reproductions..
There is an extra $15 fee for certification.

We detected an Error which may have occurred for one or more of the following reasons:
The censuses of 1940 or later remain in the custody of the Bureau of Census.(SBL-EXL-00151)

That is odd. That census has been available for about two decades--and is viewable on NARA's website--so you'd think it wouldn't be a legal issue. Perhaps the reproduction ordering site has an artifact from a time when you couldn't order them. Regardless, my suggestion is that you ask the census specific e-mail address for help.
