Is RG306 open to access and scan?

    Yingmei Liu Newbie

Foreign Service Posts of the Department of State Taiwan: U.S. Embassy, Taipei: United States Information Service (USIS)'s archival materials are housed in the RG 306. Is it open? If so, can you scan the materials or I can go there to scan the materials? Thank you so much!
