I am trying to find information about the death of my Grandfather.  His first name was Wladislaw or Wasel, and his surname may have been spelled Zaluszczak, Haluszczak, or Halusczak.  It is believed that he died in Latrobe, Pennsylvania in 1920 or 1921.  His cause of death is unknown.  He was probably Roman Catholic.  It is not known where he is buried.  I did not find him in the Pennsylvania State Archives, Vital Statistics Records, Death Indices for 1920 and 1921.

I have a copy of my grandparents' marriage license from Chicago, Cook County, Illinois dated August 8, 1914.  Wasel was 25 years old at the time of marriage, so he would have been born about 1889.  He may have had a brother named Nicholas.  He was supposedly from the Ukraine or White Russia.  It is unknown when he arrived in the U.S.
