Dear Mr. Baerwaldt,
Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
We searched the National Archives Catalog and located these three series of the SCAP Legal Section: Investigation Reports, 1945 - 1949; Investigation and Reports Files, 1945 - 1949; and Records Relating to Rules, Procedures, and Background Investigations on War Crimes and Atrocities Committed Against Chinese Laborers, ca. 1947 in the Records of Allied Operational and Occupation Headquarters, World War II (Record Group 331) that may include the interrogations you seek. We also located Security Classified Committee Papers, 1943 - 1949 in the Records of the War Department General and Special Staffs (Record Group 165) that include the file unit SFE 188, 1943 - 1949 which contains the Message from J. B. Cresap, Commander of U.S. Navy with Attached Report Approving Russian Prosecutors to Interrogate Japanese Officers about Biological Warfare in Manchuria. This message has been digitized and is available using the Catalog. Plus, we located Records of Japanese Atrocities Against Prisoners of War (POWs), 1942 - 1948 in the Records of the Adjutant General's Office, 1917 - 1985 (Record Group 407) that may include more information. For information about the non-digitized records, please contact the National Archives at College Park - Textual Reference (RDT2) at email@example.com.
