Seeking Federal inmate records of Hubert Davis

    Trudie Davis-Long Wayfarer

In the 1940 census, it shows Hubert B Davis as resident of US penitentiary, Kelly Township, Union Co, PA. In September 1941, Hubert Boone Davis WWII military registration. lists him as resident of the Federal Penitentiary in Lewisburg, PA. The number for his inmate records I've seen listed  as 6819 and 7621. How can I find his inmate records? He was born  on 10 Jan 1918 & died on 7 Nov 2000 in Mexico.  He was my great uncle.  Thanks.
