Users tagging themselves as a Citizen Archivist

Sometimes it is hard to know the motives of a Citizen Archivist.  Some Citizen Archivists may be tagging their user name in order to create a list of all records they work on - by searching for a tag in an advanced search or clicking on a tag, all records with that tag are returned and a unique url is created. 

While it is hard to understand the motive of every contributor, as long as it doesn't violate our contribution policy we will not remove a tag.
