Seeking 33rd USCT Regimental Special Orders

Hello, There are two regimental orders that I am looking to find the text to. I am wondering-- does anyone know if there is a way to find the content of these orders besides the 33rd Inf. regimental records, within the records of the U.S. Colored Troops at the Archives? I know those aren't accessible now so I'm wondering if the information is already out there.  The orders are for the 33rd USCT Infantry (formerly 1st SC Infantry), I am looking for R.S.O. No. 63 (Regiment Special Orders No. 63) and  Reg. G.O. No. 15 (Regiment General Orders No. 15). They are regarding disobedience / cowardice of soldiers. Thank you
