Seeking information about signatures on certificates

I have an award certificate issued from the Price Administration on the 14 April 1944 to a Railroad Depot Agent of the Rock Island RR in the town of Wilton Junction, Iowa. It states "For Meritorious Service In The War Effort In The Execution Of The Price And Rationing Program" and was signed by: FDR, the Administrator, Regional Administrator, and District Director. My question is: Is it possible that these are real signatures or just a reprinted copy of these?
