Seeking more information about Gloucester Fishermen's Wives Association

I am looking for more information regarding the Gloucester Fishermen's Wives Association. To the best of my knowledge it was established in 1969 in Gloucester, Massachusetts. Lena Novello (1917-2005)  was a founding member. It seemed to be connected to the 200-mile limit of the re-authorization of the Magnuson-Stevens Fisheries conservation and Management Act. It was established in response to activity around the 200-mile limit before the 1984 World Court decision It was in 1965, or thereabouts, that fishermen began campaigning for a 200-mile limit. I have already searched several newspaper archives with access to the Boston Globe. The local Gloucester Daily Times newspaper is not digitized and access to microfiche copies is unavailable due to the pandemic. Thank you very much for any help.
