Thank you for using the History Hub. The National Personnel Records Center in St. Louis would be your first point of contact: The National Personnel Records Center (NPRC. You can begin the process of requesting your DD-214 by visiting the link provided here: https://www.archives.gov/veterans/military-service-records/. You can submit a request online as well using the eVetRecs portal as well here; https://www.archives.gov/veterans/military-service-records/evetrecs-help.html.
If you have additional information including your service branch and date of separation, that will assist the NPRC in locating your DD-214. Thank you again for using the History Hub!
