Welcome to History Hub,
I found a reconstructed tax list for 1802...with a list of names that you can click on to see census records. Go to the following

Dear Ms. Woods,
Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
Since the Population Schedules for the 1800 Census were lost for all Virginia counties with the exception of Accomac and Louisa, we suggest that you request the Personal Property Tax Records for 1799 from the The Library of Virginia or search the re-created Virginia census schedules at Ancestry.com. There may be a fee for using Ancestry. Or check at your local library. Many library systems subscribe to these sites and allow free access for their patrons.
In addition, the FamilySearch Research wiki for Albemarle County, Virginia Genealogy may be useful.
We hope this is helpful. Best of luck with your research!
