Dear Ms. Miya,
Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
The Women's Ambulance Defense Corps was a civilian volunteer organization and as such the federal government did not create an Official Military Personnel File or an Official Personnel Folder for members. As with other privately organized volunteer organizations that contributed to the war effort, the federal government did not maintain their organization’s records. Sometimes records of such organizations were donated to local repositories. We suggest contacting the Las Vegas Historical Society, the Nevada Historical Society, the Nevada State Museum, the Nevada State Library, local libraries, university libraries in the area, and similar organizations.
We searched online and located records of a similarly named Women’s Ambulance and Transportation Corps at the San Diego History Center Document Collection.
We hope this information is helpful. Best of luck with your research!
Thank you so much for this valuable information. I will continue to search on the sites you suggested.
