Seeking Field notes from 1908 & 1916 surveys of Luquillo Forest Reserve

Good morning, I'm looking for Field notes from 1908 and 1916 historical surveys of El Yunque National Forest, formerly known as the Luquillo Forest Reserve, Puerto Rico.

The first is a survey by USGS in 1908: https://www.biodiversitylibrary.org/item/214007#page/1/mode/1up.I have a set of survey notes (see first photo) that correspond to this map which mention a set of four triangulation notebooks (described in the second photo) prepared by Edward Morehouse Douglas, chief of field party. I am wondering if NARA might have these notebooks in their collection? Perhaps as microfilm as indicated in this document -- Records of the USGS Topographic Division at National Archives https://www.archives.gov/research/guide-fed-records/groups/057.html#57.5 1st paragraph - "Microfilm copy of field and office computation notebooks, ca. 1882-1970 (3,700 rolls)"?

The second survey of interest was carried out in 1915-16 by Puerto Rico's Department of the Interior, Division of Public Lands and Archives with funding from the federal Forest Service: https://nfsl.contentdm.oclc.org/digital/collection/p17053coll2/id/243517/rec/2 . I have not been able to find the survey notes or field notebooks that correspond to this survey. It was directed by Enrique Castro Gonzalez, Chief of the Public Lands Division and approved by Manuel S. Domenech, Commissioner of the Interior (Puerto Rico).

I appreciate any help in locating these documents or anything other materials related to these surveys. Thank you!
