Dear Ms. Rozzell,
Thank you for posting your request on History Hub!
We suggest that you review Decennial Census Questionnaires & Instructions website for answers to your questions about the column heading used in the 1810 census. From 1790 to 1840, only the head of household is listed by name; other household members are merely counted in selected age groups.
We hope this is helpful. Best of luck with your research!
Fortunately, if you browser search for "1810 blank census form" you will probably find the following form from National Archives. Here is a link for convenience. Use similar searches for other census forms.
The 1810 census is exactly the same as 1800. Each family is listed by the name of the head of household.
Questions in the columns are as follows:
Number of free White males and females aged, accordingly;
Under 10 years of age
of 10 years but under 16
of 16 years but under 26
of 26 years but under 44
45 years and upward
Number of all other free persons
Number of slaves
