    Pre-printed headers on diary pages

I'm currently transcribing in Susan B. Anthony's 1899 diary. At the top of every page is a pre-printed header that says "Wea.   [date]   Ther."  I've been including the Wea and Ther bits as part of the page, but am now wondering if I should just leave them out? (This must have been originally a journal book for recording weather observations and she's just using it as a general diary ...?)
