Even while a new form of government was being drafted in Philadelphia in 1787, the business of the country continued. What are the names of the members of Congress that were also members of the Constitutional Covention in 1787?

Hi Pasquale -- thanks for posting to History Hub!
The National Archives website has a page titled Meet the Framers of the Constitution that lists delegates to the Constitutional Convention with linked biographies.
To find a list of members of Congress from 1787, there are several options. I would recommend starting with H.Doc.108-222 -- Biographical Directory of the United States Congress 1774-2005. Starting on page 34 you'll find listed by state the delegates to the Continental Congress with their dates of attendance. You can also check the online version of the Biographical Directory, however it's harder to tell the exact years served as a member. Lastly I can point you to the Journals of the Continental Congress available online from the Library of Congress, which will have information on attendance.
Cheers!
Sarah
