For New Orleans, where do I find passenger lists or list index for 1950-1952 arrivals?

Hi, that is the FamilySearch passenger list index that I was referring to. When I do a search within it, for example, looking for persons born 1945-1949 in Germany who arrived in New Orleans, 95% of the 490 results found are for the immigration year 1949. There are occasional results for 1948 and 1953 and 1957. I've never seen any for 1950-52. The index is incomplete, and I'm hoping an archivist might respond to explain why, or if the records for 1950-52 even exist still.

Where were the parents? I assume that these children were refugees i.e. what do the Arolsen archives have for them? Do they have a ship's name listed?

I am going to find that information out. I just wanted to check ahead of time about what records are available for the years 1950-52. I don't want to tell the person I will be talking with that I will should be able to find the passenger list, if those records do not exist. I do know that the person was born in 1949, and came to the US through the port of New Orleans when she was 2 years old. thanks for your help.
