I’m trying to decipher an entry on the following ship manifest: “Moltke” sailing from Naples to Ellis Island 10 MAG 1912; top left corner “203”. Entry No 26 for Luigi Rizzico, Column 11. Am I correct it could read “No One”?

It seems like it. However, the person on line 25 seems to be some kind of relative, because both of them seem to be going to the same cousin in Brooklyn. FYI only your guy's surname seems to be "Rizzica…
