It seems like it. However, the person on line 25 seems to be some kind of relative, because both of them seem to be going to the same cousin in Brooklyn.
FYI only your guy's surname seems to be "Rizzica" on this 23 May 1912 arrival.
Hi Sylvia, I’ve been looking into that possibility unfortunately I haven’t found a connection. He was married in Rutland, Vermont in 1915 and lived there for the majority of his life until later moving to Connecticut. There has been some discrepancies with Rizzico/Rizzica with official corrections made to Rizzico. Thank you for your help! I’m also attaching an additional page with the annotation that looks like “OLO” I’ve not been able to find any references to what this might mean.

Antonio’s BC mentions a 1904 marriage to Eleonora RIZZICA!

It seems that Antonio CHILIBERTI and Luigi RIZZICA could have been brothers-in-law …
Sylvia I am so appreciative, thank you thank you! I had looked in this year and found #107 Maria Concetta Rizzica but totally missed Eleonora! Her record is in the index in the very next column. The name of the father Giuseppe matches, I’m not sure about the mother - this may be the first possible record of a sibling of Luigi! Thank you again!
Hi! This is super random but I was just googling my family and this popped up and discovered that this is literally my family! My last name is Rizzico and I heard stories growing up about how I had a great grandfather or great great grandfather who came over from Italy on his own (or maybe not alone?) when he was very young to meet a guy in New York who never showed up so he went with some family up to Rutland instead and lived in their barn. Crazy that these are the actual records. Please send me any other information you have on this, my family would greatly appreciate it!!
Hello! I have some records for Luigi Rizzico from the time he arrived in the United States and went to Vermont, but I have not yet located a verifiable copy of his birth record in Italy. He married Filomena Bizzarro. I have her Italian birth record, parent birth/marriage records and also her siblings born in Italy.
Do you think the story about your relative is Luigi Rizzico? It would be wonderful if you could share any details about this account!
