looking for naturalization records for Edward (Eduard) Zoeller, baker born 10/13./1896 in Grossheubach Bayern Germany. I have declaration of intent 341622 original 387 dated 01/16/2024 in NYC but nothing after that

I found Edward Zoeller's declaration of intent but nothing after that. I have checked ancestry, and my heritage but found nothing. where else can I look?

I have declaration of intent 341622 original 387 dated 01/16/2024 in NYC but nothing after that. another record I found is Petition volume 690 and petition page 387 but I don't know if that's the same thing.

Eduard Zoeller, age 39, from Grossheubach arrive in NY on 1 Nov 1935 and is listed as a German citizen, not a US citizen like several others on the page (USC written the nationality column). He was returning to his home in the Bronx after a trip to Germany. He stated that he had resided in NY 1823-1935. www.ancestry.com/.../22656088:7488 The Social Security Death index indicates that his last residence was in Germany, so he may have never finished the process of becoming a US citizen.
