I am trying to determine if my grandmother, Rosaria Altieri DiBacco, was naturalized and where. She was born in Pratola Peligna, L'Acquila Abruzzo Italy 29 September 1886 and arrived in US in 1892. She married Carmine DiBacco in 1900 in Randolph County or Tucker County West Virginia. He filed his Declaration of Intention in Norwich Connecticut, June 21 1924. I got those copies from NARA in Boston. The 1900 Census shows her in Roaring Creek, Randolph County, the 1920 Census shows here in Elkins Ward 5 in Randolph County and says she was naturalized. It also says her husband Carmine was naturalized even though this Declaration of Intention isn't dated until 1924. I'm thinking I should request hers from NARA Boston too but can't remember how i determined to go there for Carmine Can you help? Thank you.
