How do I request the passenger manifest for the ship named the La Bretagne that arrived in New York from France in November 1908?

The La Bretagne did not arrive in New York in November 1908.  I did a search at:   https://stevemorse.org/ellis/boat.html  entering the ship name and 1908, and a list of arrivals for the ship can be seen.  Where did you get the information that he arrived on that ship and on that month?  Have you tried to find him using a name index, such as: https://stevemorse.org/ellis2/ellisgold.html  ??

The ship La Bretagne sailed into the New York from La Harve in 1908 6 times.

Thank you! That is so helpful. I'm trying to find the document where my great-grandfather landed in the US.  I have a Declaration of Intention that says he immigrated from Havre France on the vessel Labretanjne.  (I'm pretty sure it meant to be La Bretagne.) The Declaration said he arrived in New York 11/11/1908.  Doesn't look possible.  My family always understood it to be 1906.  It looks like the La Bretagne was in service that year.  Looking for a Franjo (Frank) Kratofil or Kratohvil.  Thanks again!  I'm just struggling to find anything
