Contact the Oklahoma State Department of Health. Here's a link: https://oklahoma.gov/health/services/birth-and-death-certificates/oklahoma-birth-and-death-record-searches.html
I'm not sure if you will be able to get a copy, though. Oklahoma birth records are private for 125 years. You might be able to get it as a family member, however.
In accordance to documents available f.e. on ancestry her father's name was Otto Hamblen who was a teacher. Her mother's maiden name was Modie Akin. And both, Modie and Edna, were born in Westville, Oklahoma (Adair County?). Otto was born in Russelbille, Arkansas and it looks he was not a native American.
I could not find a birth certificate but there are several articles about O.E. Hamblen and his work as a lawyer. In the 1910 Census he is noted as a teacher so that's why I wanted to upload the following articles which also contain at least information about Edna Mae's grandparents, Modie's parents.

I have applied for a death record but Modie and OE Hamblen were not on the record I applied for birth record nothing was list. The only thing I found was Edna was listed Indian census listed as 2.1/2 month old her sister Fannie has a native card and all of my cousins have cards. I located the funeral home it just has Hamblin miss spelled name.
