looking for verification that my grandfather Andrew Wallace Edwards really was part of the CCC

Question

He was supposed to have signed up in Fairburg, Nebraska. I have a Company 731 or 2739 in the early 1930's. His name is Andrew Wallace "Jack" Edwards. Birthdate: June 26, 1913 in Lincoln, Nebraska. Probably signed up around 1931 after graduating high school.

 Personnel Records are located in 
The National Archives of College Park, MD has custody of the Civilian Conservation Corp Records, however the records are located in St. Louis. Please view this link on how to request the records; https://www.archives.gov/st-louis/civilian-personnel/ccc-holdings-access . We do have Camp Inspection Reports, this series consist of monthly inspection reports that were prepared by CCC inspection engineers for the regional grazier. The reports describe the general conditions of the camp including their supplies and equipment, the camp safety and education programs and the status of the work project.
