I cannot find a birth certificate for my 2nd great grandmother Misaline Anne Fugate Gano

Misaline Anne Fugate Gano was born on 01 October 1837 in Covington, Kenton, Kentucky, United States. She was shown as the wife of General Richard Montgomery Gano in the 1880 census listed as his wife along with their children. She died on 01 October 1882 and is buried at Opdyke, Jefferson, Illinois, United States.

I cannot find a birth certificate, marriage, or death certificate for my great-great-grandmother. I appreciate any help you can give me

There were two Richard M. Ganos. One was a physician, who served as an officer in the Confederate Army serving from KY, who was married to Martha Ann Welch. The other was a corporal in the 15th Illinois Infantry Reorganized (Union Army), who was married to Misaline Fugate.
