The years for the two are 1851 and 1855. The ship manifest probably won't have much information on it.

I've given you the (free) tools for you to look up your target, at least for New York Harbor. Note I did not enter the birth year of the person on the search page. Adding birth year from 1816 to 1818 narrows it down to an Alexander Stevenson from Grt Britain. The search tool does not include a space for a middle name. The search tool is ONLY for immigrants to the port of New York, and Alexander of course could have come into the U.S. through another port.
