Searching for Gustavo Alegria on 1950 Census Fort Bragg. N. Carolina

All I can do, and anyone in the Census Records Forum, is to confirm that indeed Gustavo is included in the servicemen at Fort Bragg on the 1950 census.  Looking at the sheet it is obvious that the men there were not interviewed individually by a census taker, but instead a list of men was used to fill in the sheets.  The census would not have shown a record of "employment" in a typical situation, just what work the person did.  The top of the sheet shows it was a military census.

His brother was my Dad - U.S. Army, another brother Paratrooper.  I find it very odd that I can’t locate any military info on this uncle other than this 1950 Census.  No other military or Social Security Number.  Very odd. I have one photo of him in a paratrooper uniform at a local park in his hometwon in California, but the insignia is different from any paratrooper photo I have seen.
