Information about Russian admiral and his daughter visiting Virginia

Question

I am trying to find information about Olga Kazakevich (born 1875 in Kronstadt, Russia). She visited Virginia in her younger years. Her father was leader of the Peter & Paul fortress in St Petersburg. After the Russian revolution she fled to the USA, now married Maydell.

 The National Archives Building in Washington, DC, houses the series, &ldquo;Subject and Policy Files, 1893&ndash;1957&rdquo; (Entry 9 in Record Group 85: Records of the Immigration and Naturalization Service). It is possible (although not guaranteed) that a file or files in Entry 9 relate to Olga Kazakevich. However, Entry 9 files are arranged numerically by file numbers in the 50,000s. The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) does not have a name index to these records that we can check for references to Olga Kazakevich . The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services&rsquo; (USCIS) Genealogy Program maintains a name index to the Entry 9 files that they could check for references to Olga Kazakevich. If the USCIS finds a reference in their index to relevant files in NARA&rsquo;s custody, they will provide you with this information.
