Decimal File 860M.00/2-2245

Hello, I'm looking for information on the number of Lithuanians killed during WWII. There is a table in one paper that references "Johnson to Stettinus, 5 July 1945, NARA, State Department Decimal File, 860M.00/2-2245". Is there any way I can find a digital copy of this file to get more information on the data referenced in the table?

    We located the file of interest 860M.00/2-2245 in Box 6623 of the series: Central Decimal Files, 1945-1949; Entry A1 205-H; General Records of the Department of State, Record Group 59. Note that the document is dated February 22, 1945 and not July 5, 1945 but it seems to include the information that you are searching for and has the same correspondents (Johnson to Stettinius). Please email our staff at archives2reference@nara.gov so that we can assist you further.
