Can a veteran get a military ID card?

Version 1

A veteran can acquire a military ID card, if they are retired from the military or a disabled vet with a rating of 10% or more. If the person does not fall into these two categories, then they are not allowed to receive a military ID card. If a disabled veteran needs an ID card, they can go their local medical center and request one there. If a veteran is searching for an ID card for discounts from retail stores or restaurants, do a "Google Search" for businesses that may create a type of military ID card.
