transcription for Russian/Cyrillic writing

It looks the link is not correct. It shows something German, not Russian. 

Thanks for checking.  On the bottom of the cover page 1, there is some non-German text.  But I think someone has transcribed it now,  So maybe it's ok.

Ok, I found the Russian part. I accepted the first page, looked correct, and corrected the following 5 pages.

Maybe someone can review and accept!
