The following 8-page document had many gaps and errors, due to difficult handwriting. I have taken a pass at correcting it, but there remain a number of passages that need work. Henry Rosenberg - might you be able to help?

Diane, I went through those pages and saved them to be reviewed. Check them over and feel free to tag me if you want me to check them again. I did the best I could but I am sure there are some errors and there were a few words I wasn't sure of.

You did great - thanks so much! I accepted almost all of them, and made a few minor edits to 68, 70 and 73. If you could look at them again and finalize that would be great. I don't think it can get much better than we've done.
