I am working on the Sheet Music of the Musical Theater campaign, and I was wondering what exactly I should transcribe. For example, for this page, I transcribed the "rit." and the "a tempo". However, I saw that others omitted them. What exactly is the Library of Congress wanting me to transcribe, the lyrical content or the markings of the music as well? Thanks a lot!
