Hi Diane- I'm assuming you transcribed this page and the one following in Italian. I reopened them so you can review and accepted or re-edit. I don't read Italian and some of the words are iffy to me with the handwriting.

Yes, indeed - those are mine and I will final approve.
It took me a while on some pages to make it all out, but in the end I only had one question and in searching other Italian correspondence of the time I found that "Devotissimo" or "Suo Devotissimo" (your obedient/devoted servant) was a common sign-off, so the puzzling "Devimo" at the end of that document could only be an abbreviated version thereof. Now I am all ready to write correspondence to Garibaldi!
