The list of those who died in Andersonville

Have they been released to the National Archives or victims of Andersonville or to the families of the dead, or not?

I am just wondering if they have been, because if not, more people need to work on them to get the families some closure as to what happened to their ancestors

Learned recently that my 4th great grandmother died in an asylum or institution in Ohio about 1860. I agree with the desire for closure for the families and generations..
