Transcription needed - Dutch pages

There are some Dutch pages from the Theodore Roosevelt campaign needing transcription. I have no Dutch whatsoever, so could not work on these. Note a translation of this document appears to follow starting on page 791. Help would be appreciated!

Hi Diane, My native language is Dutch and I did the best I could. It's actually Afrikaans language which is very close to Dutch. Hope this is helpful.
