Does the National Archives have records of Federal Prohibition Cases?

Question

My grandfather's business was raided along with other nearby businesses in March of 1923 accused of violating the Volstead Act. Does the National Archives records of the Federal Court case that took place in September of that same year. The business and trial took place in Schenectady, New York.

 We searched the National Archives Catalog and located Criminal Dockets, 1897&ndash;1946 and Criminal Case Files, 1899&ndash;2000 of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York in the Records of District Courts of the United States (Record Group 21) which may include files relating to this case. For more information about these non-digitized records, please contact the National Archives at New York City (RRFN) at newyork.archives@nara.gov . 
 
 We also located Class 23 (Liquor Violations) Litigation Case Files and Enclosures, 1910&ndash;1970 in the General Records of the Department of Justice (Record Group 60).  These records are not available online. Please email the two reference units we referred you to in our previous reply. They can determine if they have any files that are responsive to your requests and, if so, your options for either viewing the records in person or ordering reproductions of the files.
