Skrobarczyks Plead Not Guilty to Violation of Anti-Peonage Laws

I'm trying to find a case. I know the US Department of Justice indicted a man, Alex and his daughter Susie, their last name is Skrobarczyks on November 9th, 1942 in federal court in Texas (I don't know which court though). They pled not guilty. I'd like to read the indictment and I'd like to know what happened to the case. Was it tried? I have seen at least one citation saying the went to prison so they must have been convicted? I'd like to find any records relating to the case.
