Dup- and triplicates

If a document is evidently a duplicate or triplicate copy does it still need to be transcribed? As in this one which states it is in triplicate: Chinese Exclusion Act Case File 2500/408: Goon Bark Toy -- 1911 -- [INS Office] Boston, page 5.

Hi, Janet P.,

If a page is an exact copy of the another page in the same document, instead of transcribing you could enter [Duplicate of page 1] in the transcription box. That let's us know that a Citizen Archivist has examined the page.
