Using the NARA Advanced Search features

Question

I am at a loss as how to make use of the advanced search features in the NARA catalog. Specifically the "conditions" under "keywords".

Thank you for your question. Conditions allow you to search more than one field at the same time in the keyword search. You do not have to use the conditions when you perform a search in Advanced Search.
