The page I am transcribing is of a speech that was edited using shorthand. I don’t know shorthand. I researched it briefly on the internet and there seems to be a few different types of shorthand. At the beginning of the speech there are two handwritten lines of shorthand and scattered throughout the speech words are crossed out with shorthand marks next to them. How do I transcribe this? Do I put [handwritten shorthand] at the top before the shorthand sentence? How do I transcribe the edited words? Thanks!
